Aeon Thor and his Retinue in full.

Here are the members of the HQ unit and a tad bit of fluff for each. Enjoy!

Aeon Thor The Axe of the Wardens
Having spent the last century campaigning along the Eye of Terror, Aeon and his Hordesmen have formed a name for themselves by delving into some of the most Chaos-polluted engagements and not only returning victorious, but utterly sweeping the opposition from existence. Some have questioned his viciousness as having hints of taint since Aeon and his followers have platooned along the edges of the Eye unbidden and almost unchecked. However, though even they themselves show some warp change, they appear to remain loyal to the Imperium.

Fortunes Fire
THE most learned of the twin wolf claw wielding Wolf Guard that make their name within the company. He is a clever close combat specialist and will often lead the warriors in song as they mindlessly wade into the fray.

Seldom Restrained
Having been inducted into the Wolf Guard for "anger management issues" Seldom Restrained has become Aeon's right hand and shield for over 2 centuries. Though long in the tooth his battle prowess needs no nuance. He wields the artifacts Forhammer and the Aegis Shield.

Ronemus End
"I didn't hear him speak. He simply turned, I squeezed my bolter trigger, as I often do, I don't miss mind you, and he simply...um...yes...stopped"

Razar
Having won the last Dual of Honor to replace the fallen Jericho Straun within Aeon's personal wolf pack, Razar feels he has something to prove. Though being a Wolf Guard would certainly squash ANY sane mans need for merit, Razar is driven by his desire for glory and a fantastic death.

So, there you have it. The First unit that houses an HQ choice. If you're familiar with the latest Space Wolves Codex, you KNOW there are a few more HQ coming. :)

The "As Yet Named" Wolf Guard Terminator List.

For those who have followed my July Painting Challenge, here is a close up of all the units in my up and coming Logan Wing list.
I will try and keep each post small and to the point, but I'm always a bit overzealous about adding fiction to my force.
In brief, they are a company of Wolf Guard dispatched by the great wolf to the fringes of the Eye of Terror. They are perhaps of the of few successor chapters that the Space Wolves formed all those many years ago. None outside the ranks of the wolves can be sure for they seem to have their own agenda.

Having been away from Fenris since their induction these Hordesman have taken to styling their armor in the likeness of great Fenrisian mythology and ancient culture. Horns jut from helms, trinkets and fetishes dangle from iron weave strands, runes and ritual inscriptions dot not only their armor but their flesh. Many of the traditions have evolved into superstition.

None the less, they have proven time and again a foe of the dark forces that ever blanket the Armageddon sector. Entire daemon hosts have been sent back into their warp-ridden holes by the initial charge of the Hordesmen and yet their sagas grow.

Khohagin Widowgloom

Just a little something I've been playing around with for my Logan Wing Terminator list.

Return to Darkness

This is the continued work on my Dark Eldar force.
Led by Baroness Sathonyx, I decided to go w/ a female build of the special character.
Male and Female dynamics in Commoragh are different then our own.
In the Dark City, a woman isn't seen with any less, or more ire then an man or considered any more or less capable. Period.
