Boorung

Boorung The Idolator

Were Boorung still remotely the marine he once was he might find a sense of joy and satisfaction in the destruction and carnage he creates on the field of battle. Joy is far from what he feels. It is indeed the insane rage he feels due to his captivity that is his most precious asset in battle. His Lord knows this, and uses this knowledge to bring this behemoths power to bare. Boorung has long lost the thrill of victory, or the agony of defeat. He destroys not because of some honor, or long lost code. He is purely destruction made manifest in the shell of a daemon machine of war. Nothing more. He does his job well...

Brothers in Arms

The captains of any Space Marine fighting force are the corner stone of the chapter. Bolstering the ranks with not only strategy but pure fighting skill, they can and often DO make the difference between victory and defeat. The ranks of the Chaos Marine legions are full of hardened killers that have risen to predominance by might, guile, betrayal, or all of the above. They are the dark counterpoint to the ideals of the loyalist marine. Make no mistake, to be a Champion of Chaos is be elevated in power to degrees that even a Space Marine would covet. To this end, Champions command as much respect from their brothers as they do envy and ire.

El'Neru Saybyn: Champion of the Festering Fang. Renowned for his unequaled close combat ability. Strategic genius. Wields the artifact "Ganongould" (Power Axe).
Eto' Proctor: Champion of The Cleansed. First hand of the King. Regarded as most loyal to Dyus Favin (The Chaos Lord). Chosen of Nurgle. Wields the artifact "Fell Fallen" (Power Maul).

Mannix Arryn: Chosen Champion of the Cleansed. Favored by Nurgle for his single handed venture into Rannis III to bring Cultist Sega to justice in the eyes of the Grand Father. Close combat specialist. Wields a simple power axe and bolt pistol.

Dyus Favin: Chaos Lord
Some would call him a tactical genius. Commands a strong loyalty from his units. Wields "Azure Geist" a daemon weapon of incredible power. Blessed by Nugle. Known to keep a song on his lips in the darkest of battles he has staged some of the most daring assaults to success the Imperium has seen in millennium. A leader, and a killer to his core.

It is important to remember these men have no need for ranks in the general sense. Rank in the legions of renegade marines is determined first and foremost by might and these cut throats have displayed that very thing in countless engagements throughout the cosmos. They revel in the terror they can bring to entire systems by simply the mention of their name. They do not sleep, and spend the long years of war in a constant state of battle mindedness that boarders on the insane. Their only desire is to appease their patron gods in order to receive even MORE power to wield. Using these 'boons' they continue to bring despair and death to the unsuspecting systems of the Imperium to this day...

De' El' Metojoques (Chaos Daemon Prince)

Well, there he comes. My ultimate leader of the Chaos Marine force I'm building.

De' El' Metojoques (Day El Mehtoe Jock) is a daemon prince of unspeakable power and design. In his former life as a captain in the Death Guard legion he was renown for strategy and deployment tactics that saw the legion win countless battles on world after world as the Great Crusade commenced. He, of course, was ultimately tempted, and seduced by the Grand Father Nurgle to fight under the banner of Chaos. Through his unbending strategy and now bolstered by the dark powers of Chaos itself, Meto' (as he is often called by the followers that love him) cut swaths through system after system spreading plague and dissolution in his wake.

Since then, he's achieved Daemon Princedom and has found little to no resistance to his dominance in the Hothus system (where his daemon planet brazenly lies). He welcomes all comers, even those that would be his destroyer. Recently a dissolving Space Marine chapter took it upon themselves to attempt a daring resupply assault on the daemon world. Though risky and taking on crippling casualties the dying chapter actually succeeded in escaping the planet.

Impressed by the chapters success, however fleeting it might have actually been, Meto and what remained of the death guard legion he commanded pursued them into the void of space. Through tactical assaults meant to prolong a fight and increase pressure upon the chapter, Meto finally wore them down and returned back to the home world. No record remains of who the dying chapter was. Recently however, it seems that ranks of Meto's forces have begun to swell again. These new warriors, not yet blessed w/ the gift of plague, have been sighted in many of the most recent engagements the Daemon Lord has unleashed upon the Imperium. Clad in sickeningly pale power armor, warped by the continued exposure to Chaos itself, these new Marines have formed the vanguard of Meto's forces.

None can say the ultimate plan of De' El' Metojoques. But he, like many leaders of the legions of Chaos Marines spread throughout the universe, has been oddly silent in their most recent engagements as if waiting for something. Only time will tell. In the meantime Meto's hands of influence now begin to stretch far and wide. Those systems who unfortunately find themselves engulfed by his grip can only hope for a swift end.
